1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 3999bt website accessible at https://3999bt.ws and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to 3999bt, the operator of this Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Services" means the online casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, and any other wagering products offered through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held in a Player's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.

2. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. 3. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 3999bt or any of its game-provider partners.

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any point during your use of the Platform. Until satisfactory verification documents are received and approved, We may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay on your Account. Accounts found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source after deducting any applicable processing costs.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The existence of more than one Account per individual — whether created using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any associated Bonuses or winnings, and retain deposited Funds pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where that access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

3999bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based Players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted methods and applicable limits are displayed within the Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to return any deposit that we reasonably believe has been made from a third-party source and to require additional verification before processing future deposits.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your gaming balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your Account.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time business day. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered our internal risk monitoring systems.

We do not charge transaction fees on mobile wallet deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 3999bt accepts no responsibility.

All Funds on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion is not available on this Platform.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 3999bt may offer Bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL cricket fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh calendar events. All Bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses:

• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from Bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per promotion, per household, and per IP address. Claiming a Bonus by means of multiple Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account termination.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, alter, or expire any Bonus at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where We reasonably suspect that a Bonus is being exploited or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect Bonus being credited.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unexpired Bonus that has not met its wagering requirement within the expiry period will be removed from the Account without compensation.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

3999bt operates on a strict fair-play basis. All casino games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and audited by the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Sports betting odds are determined independently of individual Player positions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic staking strategies using Bonus funds.
• Making deposits using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Providing false identity or age verification documents.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform to facilitate unlawful financial activity.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threats directed at support staff or other Platform users.

Where We identify a technical error that has resulted in incorrect odds, game payouts, or Bonus credits, We reserve the right to void the relevant wagers or transactions and restore Account balances to their correct pre-error state. We will make every reasonable effort to notify affected Players promptly.

8. Responsible Gaming

We do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. 13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where We determine in our reasonable judgment that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Your Account has been used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other Players, to the integrity of the Platform, or to 3999bt's operational systems.
• You are, or are suspected to be, a minor (under 21 years of age).

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, less any applicable processing costs and any amounts subject to an ongoing investigation. Bonus credits are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and 3999bt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

No Waiver: Failure by Us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
